I got this for my pup bc certain times of the year and I swear sometimes for no reason at all she gets to chewing and scratching the base of her tail and her toes until she's bald and tears herself open !! So far it's been an easy transition only bc it's bacon flavored lol I just use the dropper that came with it and put it on her dog food and that so much easier than some of the other stuff we tried that she always fights me on! my poodles like it lol, I dont think they mind it with or without it but her ears stopped having those rashes, did not think this was going to work as well as it did but yeah, the smell is a bit strong for me though, I recommend you use it conservatively/
