Rootwell stands behind PawCalm. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund of the purchase price within ninety (90) days of your delivery date. No return is required — no hoops.

Because PawCalm is a consumable supplement, you do not need to ship anything back to receive your refund. Simply contact us and we will take care of it.

Individual results vary by dog, and Rootwell makes no guarantee of specific outcomes. We recommend consistent daily use for at least 30 days for a fair evaluation.


How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@rootwell.com within 90 days of delivery with the name and order number used at purchase. We may ask for basic proof of purchase (order number, transaction ID, or billing name) to locate your order. No return shipment, return authorization number, or original packaging is required.


Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within seven (7) business days to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund. For orders outside the United States, processing may take up to fourteen (14) days depending on your country and banking system.


What Is Covered

This guarantee applies to PawCalm purchases made directly through our official Rootwell sales channels. 


Non-Refundable Circumstances

Rootwell reserves the right to refuse a refund in cases of suspected fraud or abuse of this policy, including:

  • Suspected fraud, abuse, or misuse of the refund policy (for example, excessive or repeated claims)
  • Products not purchased directly from Rootwell or its authorized sales channels
  • Purchases from third-party sellers, retailers, or marketplaces (please request a refund from the original seller)
  • Requests submitted more than ninety (90) days after delivery

Rootwell does not issue refunds on behalf of third-party sellers, retailers, marketplaces, or unauthorized distributors.

By purchasing from Rootwell, you agree to contact us at support@rootwell.com to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Rootwell reserves the right to dispute and provide evidence against any chargeback determined to be fraudulent or inconsistent with this policy.


Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rootwell and its parent company, NEXT ENTREP L.L.C., shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, any PawCalm product. In all circumstances, total liability shall be limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the product giving rise to the claim.


Governing Law

This Returns & Refund Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
